Hand Painted Double-Sided Card with Natural Lilac Wood Stand

Painted on heavyweight archival watercolor card stock, this two-sided hand painted card was created using watercolor, silver and gold metallic watercolor, and acrylic gouache. It has been sealed with a protective wax finish to give it a nice satiny feel. It is a standard tarot card size – 2.75″ wide by 4.75″ high, and a heavier weight than your standard tarot card.

The stand is made from a piece of lilac wood with the bark still on, and the sides and bottom show the beautiful purple heartwood.

This card features an elm leaf with the constellation of the Ursa Minor, with two runic glyphs. The back of the card is painted with beech tree bark image featuring scars in the bark from bear claws.
